HAVOC under Sifu Jay Cooper grows even stronger with the addition of HAVOC East based in Peterborough, Canada.
HAVOC East is run by Sifu Ryan Hill, who has an impressive resume, which includes Dan grades in Japanese and Okinawan Karate.
He is also a certified Kettlebell instructor with Agatsu Canada. Ryan has also had success in provincial full contact Karate competition and is currently working hard on his Brazilian Jiujitsu study. In addition to this Sifu Ryan has worked with professional boxers and elite level Taekwondo athletes.
Within his class syllabus Ryan also offers Yang and Chen Style Tai Chi.
HAVOC East is registered with the World Combat Association and the Peterborough Chamber of Commerce.
