There is a comment section on every video, should you have a specific question and this feedback is encouraged, as others will almost certainly have the same question.
I have been training for 39 years and have been a private students of Grand Masters. Nothing though is like HAVOC U. Itโs simple and effective and it does beg the question, โwhy is no-one else doing this?โ
HAVOC techniques are tried and tested, mostly during Sifu Jayโs front line police work.
Many take the โWarriorโ approach, or the โCamo trousers and army bootsโ approach and sure the videos look rugged enough, but dig deep and they fail on the most basic and fundamental side of self-protection and that is the moral, legal and ethical side of the art.
Some are well versed in self-protection and will have it in their syllabus alongside a legal framework, but I have never seen or heard and one who could match Sifu Jay, ever.
Did you disarm the person, stab them, then hand the knife back to repeat the drill, or did your instructor deal with the mental and psychological ramifications of killing someone, or them attempting to kill you?
Are there mental processes in place for such training?
Do you have systems in place to practice articulation? Can you recall word for word what was said, can you, even days later recall people, faces, situations etc and have you practiced and handed in work to prove it?
Some of that sounds heavy, but overall I have never encountered such a welcoming and loving group.
The instructors and coaches Sifu Jay has are not only the best on the planet,but will become your friends who you can not only interact with, but train with too.
Season 2 will be along shortly and although I donโt know what Sifu Jay has in store, I do know he is particularly excited at theย prospect. Somethingย that sets HAVOC University apart from other online sessions in the accountability. Students are corrected and instructed during the live sessions, but are encouraged to do their own work away from class and to that end are given homework assignments, which are sent in for assessment.
I canโt think of another โonline courseโ that offers that care and attention on such an individual basis.
In addition to the above there are energy and exercise routines and over 17 hours of archive material from Sifu Jayโs lectures away from HAVOC University and these include Aftermath and Aftermath Articulation.
There are seminars with Professor Hundon, Grand Master Tibon and Professor Marcel Louzado and others, as well as catch Wrestling Clinics with Coach Harry Smith. These seminars have never been made available elsewhere
